Mr. Morfit has been a non-managing member of ValueAct Capital Management, L.P., one of Valeant’s largest investors, since January 2003 and was an associate with ValueAct Capital from January 2001 to December 2002. Prior to joining ValueAct Capital, Mr. Morfit worked in equity research for Credit Suisse First Boston from September 1999 to November 2000.
