Valeant's Latin America region is comprised of Mexico and Brazil. Valeant Latin America was formed by Valeant Pharmaceuticals International and Grossman Laboratories, both of which are responsible for the manufacturing and marketing of Valeant's generic pharmaceuticals, primarily in the areas dermatology, gynecology, and pain management as well as OTC products. Valeant Mexico is also made up of NYSCO, which is responsible for healthcare research, logistics, and the distribution center for México and the rest of Latin America. Valeant Latin America employs approximately 750 people.

Valeant Latin America's key products are Bedoyecta®, Espaven, MVI, Dolo Bedoyecta®, Vilona/Virazide, Eni, Femisan, Efudix®, Dermatix, DerfinaDaivonex/Daivobet, Fucidin/Fucicort, Isoface, Yuredol, Mestinón®, and Prostigmine.
