Tetrix
Indication
Tetrix® Cream is indicated to manage and relieve the burning and itching experienced with various types of dermatoses, including atopic dermatitis, allergic contact dermatitis and irritant contact dermatitis. Tetrix® Cream helps to relieve dry, waxy skin by maintaining a moist wound and skin environment, which is beneficial to the healing process.
Product Description
Tetrix® Cream is a protection cream that is intended to protect the skin against sensitization from outside irritants or allergens, available through doctor's prescription only. Tetrix® Cream is primarily promoted to help in the treatment regimen for Hand Eczema. Tetrix® Cream is designed to be the final step in a treatment regimen to provide protection against exposure to outside irritants or allergens.
Clinical studies provided evidence that Tetrix® Cream prevents nickel salts, neomycin and a mixture of fragrances from making contact with the skin. The study showed that application of Tetrix® Cream to the skin provides a barrier against sensitization caused by nickel sulfate, neomycin, and a fragrance mix for up to 48 hours post-occlusion.
Tetrix® Cream, introduced to the U.S market in August 2008, is a unique formulation that combines aluminum-magnesium hydroxide stearate, cyclomethicone and dimethicone. This formulation provides a water-resistant, protection barrier against outside irritants that can even remain after a hand-washing with mild soap and water.

If your condition does not improve within 10-14 days, consult your physician. The safety and efficacy of Tetrix® Cream has not been determined in pediatric patients. Tetrix® Cream is contraindicated in persons with a known hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formulation.
